Это, видимо, то, где сейчас построен жилой комплекс "Парадный квартал". Что там было раньше - не знаю. Очевидно, не жилье, а какая-то промзона. Может быть, гаражи, склады, какие-то мастерские. Возможно - военного ведомства.
