Очень интересной мне представляется реакция словенского министра иностранных дел, который является нынешним председателем GAERC (General Affairs and External Relations Council).
The main point was that, with regard to the recognition of Kosovo, we expected that each Member State would act in accordance with its own national practice. There may have been some expectations that the European Union as such would recognize Kosovo, but this is not possible since the EU is not a State.
