Apr. 22nd, 2009 01:00 amLegal representatives of Serbia submitted their documents to the Hague-based court with their position on the legality of the unilaterally proclaimed independence of Kosovo, Beta news agency reported in Belgrade, quoting a foreign ministry statement.
The 1,000-page document "has all necessary elements and legal arguments to prove that proclamation of Kosovo's independence is not in accordance with the international law," the statement said.

In Pristina, Foreign Minister Skender Hyseni said Kosovo's legal team submitted a document containing 600 pages of arguments and facts in favour of independence.
