borislvinЕП назвал условия для развития торговли с Россией и "поэтапного перехода к безвизовому обмену": для этого Россия должна будет начать защищать основные права человека, свободу печати и собраний, снимет "ограничения свободы оппозиционных партий", положит конец "политически мотивированным судебным решениям": "политически мотивированному судебному решению" по делу Михаила Ходорковского, делу о смерти Сергея Магнитского.

Смотрим резолюцию европарламента и видим в ней, помимо прочего разного, два совершенно разных пункта.
Один - про визовой вопрос:

АПДЕЙТ: Спасибо анониму, обратил мое внимание. Получается, регнумовцы ухватились за крайне халтурный пересказ Граней, поленились перепроверить, зато сделали из него свою сенсацию. Печаль.

Отбелязва продължаващия диалог между ЕС и Русия относно допълнителни визови облекчения; отново изразява ангажимента си към дългосрочната цел за установяване на безвизов режим на пътуване между ЕС и Русия, основан на постепенен подход, с акцент върху съдържанието и практическия напредък; приветства обявения през май 2011 г. списък с общи стъпки (пътна карта) за установяването на безвизов режим на пътуване между ЕС и Русия; подчертава, че посоченият диалог следва да се води в синхрон с процеса на въвеждане на визови облекчения за страните от Източното партньорство;

И - да, по этому линку есть абзац, в котором резолюция пересказана исключительно криво:
Депутаты Европарламента также выступили за более глубокие соглашения о сотрудничестве с Россией в области торговли и виз, но только при условии, если Россия будет защищать основные права человека и положит конец "политически мотивированным судебным решениям".
Причем Грани ссылаются именно на текст резолюции, который, мол, поступил в редакцию.
Получается, что журналист Граней криво и ошибочно пересказали резолюцию, а журналист Регнума, ухватившись за их ошибку и не перепроверив, поверхностно переписал этот ошибочный пересказ, а собственно ошибку еще и вынес в заголовок, подчеркнув ее ключевое значение.
Это и называется - халтура на халтуре едет и халтурой погоняет...
