Document Express Editor allows you to create a new DjVu document from pages of another document.
To move pages into a new document:
In the thumbnail pane, select the page(s) you want to copy (Document Express supports Shift+click to select a range of pages).
From the “Edit” menu, select “Copy Pages” (or “Cut Pages” if you wish them deleted from the source document).
From the “Edit” menu, select “Paste as New Document”.
