Нет, конечно. О причинах снятия Тиллерсона только ленивый не писал. Главная - разногласия с Трампом в отношении Ирана. Это уже практически консенсус. Кроме того, популярна гипотеза о разногласиях в отношении Иерусалима. Все это началось давно, задолго до покушения на Скрипаля (не "убийства" - он, слава богу, жив).
