The environmental samples were then delivered to two designated laboratories, and the biomedical samples were delivered to another two designated laboratories. The collection, splitting, and transportation of the samples were carried out in-line with the relevant procedures of the Secretariat. The chain-of-custody was fully maintained. States Parties are not informed of the designated laboratories selected by the Secretariat to perform the technical analysis.

Выводы:

The results of analysis by the OPCW designated laboratories of environmental and biomedical samples collected by the OPCW team confirm the findings of the United Kingdom relating to the identity of the toxic chemical that was used in Salisbury and severely injured three people.

The TAV team notes that the toxic chemical was of high purity. The latter is concluded from the almost complete absence of impurities.

The name and structure of the identified toxic chemical are contained in the full classified report of the Secretariat, available to States Parties.

у меня нет ни малейшей претензии к сотрудникам OPCW, они все что могли сказать, сказали сами и корректно

я уже раньше говорил аргумент этого строя, и могу повторить его еще раз с новыми косметическими деталями: Ваш популярный журнал читает большое количество людей таких, чьи политические предпочтения заведомо на британской стороне, а профессионально они имеют хорошую мед-био-хим подготовку. так вот эти люди феноменальным образом молчаливы в последний месяц, и по известной им причине лишают симпатичную им политическую сторону любой поддержки . нет смыслса даже пытаться анализировать аргументы сторон, потому что одна сторона просто молчит. без собственных обьяснений

Вы очень сильно преувеличиваете популярность моего ЖЖ, а уж читают ли его люди с мед-био-хим подготовкой - мне вообще неведомо. Если вы хотите что-то написать по существу, с цитатами и ссылками, то вы же знаете, что никаких препятствий к этому нет. Если не хотите - тоже не беда.
