"Очень правильно" - что? Что они могут любой журнал стереть, если захотят? Или что деньги за оплаченные закрытые аккаунты не будут возвращены? Или вообще *все* "очень правильно"?

По-моему, это вполне стандатный набор положений, мало чем отличающийся от всех подобных сервисных контрактов. По крайней мере, я тут не вижу никаких глубоких откровений.
