The annual rate for whites averaged 8.13 homicides per 100,000 population from 1976 through 1987 and then climbed rapidly, almost doubling in the next four years, from a rate of 7.6 per 100,000 in 1987 to 13.6 in 1991. The rates for African-American males more than doubled in those four years, from 50.4 in 1987 to 111.8 in 1991, and tripled from 32.0 per 100,000 in 1984 to 111.8 in 1991.

Ближе к телу, как гритца: в Монтгомери каунти примерно в 2 раза больше черных, чем за речкой в Ферфакс каунти. И примерно в 2 раза больше тяжких преступлений.

Dude, who cares, they are always poor and live in some kind of slams. What's amasing here is that the numbers are so fucking low: ~4.5% blacks in Monty and ~2.2% blacks in Faifax, if my memory serves me well, but it already makes a difference.
