borislvinБауэр, разбирая книгу Мюрдаля "Asian Drama" (издана в 1968-м году), очень точно замечает:
Professor Myrdal treats as axiomatic the case for central planning, whether as extensive state control of economic activity or as a policy to remake man and society. Once a course of action is treated as axiomatically desirable then all subsequent developments can serve as an argument for extending the policy in scope, intensity and duration: progress as evidence of its success and failure as evidence of the need for its reinforcement.

И далее - совершенно фантастические цитаты из Мюрдаля, где он объясняет, что что в Индии провал планирования служит аргументом в пользу его, планирования, всяческого расширения. А также - что странам восточной и юго-восточной Азии надо брать пример с коммунистических стран, а не рассчитывать на градуализм...
