The Conference regretfully accepted the wish of Indonesia to suspend its full Membership in the Organization and recorded its hope that the Country would be in a position to rejoin the Organization in the not too distant future.

Date: 2008-09-12 05:35 pm (UTC)Не исключено, что в ОПЕК даже видят возможность совместных с Москвой действий на рынке. Однако такие ожидания иллюзорны: Кремль никогда не будет, например, вводить ограничения на добычу по решению ОПЕК. Для этого нет ни политических (источником решений может быть лишь сама Россия), ни технических (властям трудно будет навязать такое решение даже государственным нефтяникам, не говоря уже о частных) возможностей.
