The German Constitution stipulates that the private radio stations are no more permitted to have an influence on public opinion than their public network competitors. Programs must guarantee “basic standards with regard to a variety of opinions”. The private radio stations are subject to a regulatory watchdog, the Federal Media Authorities, whose duties include awarding broadcasting licenses, program monitoring and ensuring that the stations show no form of political bias.

Что-то я так и не увидел во всех сообщениях про Нальчик (правда, не очень внимательно и искал) - кто эти боевики, кабардинцы или балкарцы? Кто составляет ту прослойку, из которой рекрутируются тамошние экстремисты - кабардинцы или балкарцы?

А то все пишут так, как будто это такой народ - "кабардинцо-балкарцы".

Прав ли я, предполагая, что эта прослойка - в основном балкарская? Что в "двойных" республиках тюркские -  выселенные при Сталине - народы (карачаевцы и балкарцы) гораздо более исламизированы, нежели адыги (черкесы и кабардинцы)?
