Dahala Khagrabari was an Indian enclave belonging to the District of Cooch Behar in the State of West Bengal. This was a piece of India within a piece of Bangladesh within a piece of India within Bangladesh, making it the only third-order enclave (or counter-counter enclave) in the world until 1 August 2015, when it was ceded to Bangladesh.

Imagine a society in which a citizen must petition the government for permission to meet with his fellow citizens. Imagine further that such requests must be made at least three days in advance of the requested meeting, and that the government has unbridled discretion to determine who may meet with whom, and about what they might speak. 25 декабря того же года в знак протеста против тюремного режима Мышкин бросил тарелку в смотрителя Соколова. За это он был предан военному суду и приговорён к смертной казни. Расстрелян 7 февраля 1885 года.
