Демократическая партия США подготовила специальные правила проведения конвенции по номинированию кандидата в президенты на 2020 год. Документ сравнительно небольшой, 39 страниц. И в нем четыре раза повторяется священная формула:

In the case of gender non-binary committee members, they shall not be counted as either a male or female, and the remainder of the delegation shall be equally divided between male gender (men) and female gender (women).

In the case of gender non-binary temporary officers, they shall not be counted as either a male or female, and the remainder of the officers shall be equally divided.
<...>
In the case of gender non-binary convention officers, they shall not be counted as either a male or female, and the remainder of the delegation shall be equally divided.

In the case of gender non-binary delegates, they shall not be counted as either a male or female, and the remainder of the delegation shall be equally divided between male gender and female gender.

Плюс еще два раза повторяется, что мужчины и женщины в этих расчетах - "determined by self-identification"

ну я так понимаю для демократической партии достаточно заявы в саму партию. И меняй себе налево и направо.

Но вот я усматриваю дискриминацию, они что же, думают только 3 пола есть? Это вообще спектр, а не какое то там да/нет

Ждем, когда на демпартию подадут в суд за дискриминацию LGBTQ+. Особенно за плюс
