Казалось бы, что можно извлечь из такой банальщины? И что может быть плохого в гигиене? Оказывается, много чего. Если использовать специальный язык, придуманный для медленного запудривания мозгов и легко заменяющий снотворное, то в резюме статьи можно написать так:

white people cannot contribute to the eradication of racism and, in fact, contribute to its maintenance. Whiteness benefits all those ascribed to whiteness (although it does not benefit all whites in the same way), and it is white people’s investment in whiteness that can obscure how white people, even with the best of intentions, are implicated in sustaining a racially unjust system.
