(по итогам одного подзамочного разговора в фейсбуке)

Очень интересно, что китайцы стараются от истории с приглашением российских войск максимально дистанцироваться, избежать публичных комментариев - как осуждающих, так и одобрительных.

В устном послании Си Цзиньпина Токаеву об участии иностранных слов нет ни единого слова. Этот фактор в послании не упоминается и полностью игнорируется, как если бы его вообще не было. Можно сравнить русский текст с китайским, они идентичны.

Далее, очень интересно посмотреть на заявление генерального секретаря ШОС (узбек) и комментарий китайского МИД по поводу этого заявления. В заявлении участие войск ОДКБ упоминается, но в максимально нейтральной форме, зато с подчеркиванием временного характера: "Отмечаем привлечение на ограниченный период времени контингента миротворческих сил Организации Договора о коллективной безопасности". В китайском же комментарии этот момент вообще обходится, как будто его и нет.

Наконец, можно взглянуть на ежедневные пресс-конференции китайского МИДа, где журналисты упорно пытаются вывести спикера на оценку акции ОДКБ, а он так же упорно от ответа уходит.

AFP: The Collective Security Treaty Organization said today that it will send peace-keeping forces to stabilize Kazakhstan. Does China have any comment on this?

Wang Wenbin: China noted that the Kazakh authorities are taking forceful measures to crack down on violent terrorist acts and uphold social stability. China supports all effort that will help the Kazakh authorities to calm the situation as soon as possible and firmly opposes external forces deliberately creating social instability and instigating violence in Kazakhstan. As a brotherly neighbor and permanent comprehensive strategic partner, China will make its utmost effort to provide necessary support to Kazakhstan and help it overcome the difficulties.

Ну как-то убегал весь XVIII век, и ничего. А Китай при этом казахов физически, от уничтожения джунгарами спас (уничтожив джунгар)

Сейчас убегать сложнее.
Китай рядом, со всем своим рынком и бабками, которых нет у той же России. Плюс, китайцам совершенно пофиг всякие там права человека, что делает их, в глазах казахского руководства,лучше Запада

Зачем же обрезать цитату? Полностью она выглядит так:

Ну да, и Global Times неизвестно кого опубликовали чисто для информирования публики, вот дескать есть и такие анонимные мнения.

Так ЧТО они опубликовали? В этой цитате неведомо кого есть всего лишь упоминание об акции ОДКБ, не более того.

Не может быть никаких сомнений, что китайская пресса об этой акции сообщает, что это с самого начала не было тайной для китайских читателей-слушателей.

Интрига совсем в другом — в том, что как минимум до последнего вторника официальные представители МИДа самым жестким образом отказывались эту акцию комментировать, вплоть до отказа упоминать ее вообще, чтобы исключить даже гипотетическую возможность интерпретировать такое упоминание как косвенное одобрение (или хотя бы неосуждение) акции.

Зато если посмотреть сегодняшнюю пресс-конференцию МИДа (по выходным они не проходят), то мы увидим очередной образец тщательно выверенной риторики.

Пресс-спикер МИДа посвятил Казахстану семь (!) абзацев — и ухитрился ни разу не упомянуть ни Россию, ни ОДКБ, ни вообще сам факт приглашения и присутствия иностранных войск в стране. Если не знать об данном факте, то из чтения этих семи абзацев об этом ни за что не догадаться.

Если это не мессадж, то я уж и не знаю, что это.

Это конечно месседж, только вот о чем. Осуждения не поступило даже в виде анонимов. Ясно видно: «а сейчас рулить будет Китай» — но оно же так и ожидалось?

Да, это мессадж, и совершенно прозрачный. Он прочитывается абсолютно однозначно. Его смысл такой: да, мы совершенно не одобряем эту акцию и не собираемся нести даже косвенную ответственность за нее, и если мы не говорим это открыто, то только потому, что хотим оставить дверь открытой, облегчить завершение акции, чтобы ее участники не затянули ее из-за боязни потерять лицо.

China and Kazakhstan also exchanged views on high-level exchanges in the next stage. Wang said that China welcomes President Tokayev’s visit to China to attend the opening ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games and will ensure the Kazakh side’s trip is safe, smooth and successful. Tileuberdi said that the upcoming Beijing Winter Olympic Games is a grand event in the world with international influence and important symbolic significance, adding that the Games will promote world peace and cooperation and enhance mutual understanding among people of all countries. Kazakhstan will work with China to make relevant preparations.
