borislvinТем, кто отправлял детей учиться вне своего города или сам учился вдалеке от родителей - какова, по-вашему, нормальная величина месячного allowance для ребенка? С учетом того, что room and board уже оплачены?
Хотелось бы узнать мнение именно тех, кто с этой ситуацией сталкивался по жизни.
Речь идет о небольшом городке, не Бостоне или Сан-Франциско каком.

there must be something - a restaurant, a fast food, a golf club (caddy is a nice job), anyway, usually - there is something. In NYC and suburbs "hiring now" is not a rare sign to see in a window.
oh, as for the sum - I do not know. In Nevada I was paying about 1.50 for a breakfast that goes for about 6-7 in New York City.
