borislvinОн, конечно, грубый, неглубокий, самовлюбленный, высокомерный, несдержанный на язык, не вникает в детали. Ну и так далее.
Но много ли сегодня на нашей планете политических лидеров, которые готовы подписаться под такого рода словами и публично их произносить? Собственно, много ли вообще было таких лидеров за последние двадцать лет? Пятьдесят лет?

Socialism is a sad and discredited ideology rooted in the total ignorance of history and human nature, which is why socialism, eventually, must always give rise to tyranny, which it does. Socialists profess a love of diversity, but they always insist on absolute conformity.
We know that socialism is not about justice, it’s not about equality, it’s not about lifting up the poor. Socialism is about one thing only: power for the ruling class. And the more power they get, the more they crave. They want to run healthcare, run transportation and finance, run energy, education - run everything.
They want the power to decide who wins and who loses, who’s up and who’s down, what’s true and what’s false, and even who lives and who dies.
In short, all of us here today know that there is nothing less democratic than socialism. Everywhere and anywhere it appears, socialism advances under the banner of progress, but in the end, it delivers only corruption, exploitation, and decay.

про экономику в этом выступлении не говорил, не с руки видимо было

Date: 2019-02-21 05:26 pm (UTC)В отличие от прочих американских политиков, Трамп (на примере Венесуэлы) обругал социализм как принцип, как общий вид государственного устройства, не исключая даже европейский социализм. За это честь ему и слава, даже если текст писал не он сам.

Date: 2019-02-22 06:12 am (UTC)Я говорю не о побуквенном совпадении, а об общей структуре. Покажите мне хоть одну речь, где политик критиковал бы социализм в целом, социализм как принцип. Ну вот как Рейган сказал про коммунизм: "отправится на свалку истории".
ну сказал он свое мнение про социализм и что.
А это уже другой вопрос. Надеюсь, что Трамп сделает противостояние социализму одним из лозунгов своей избирательной кампании в 2020-м.

Date: 2019-02-22 06:40 am (UTC)что же до лозунгов избирательной кампании, то я надеюсь он придумает что-нибудь более внутреннее. ну не знаю, реформу школьную с ваучерами и преподаванием интелектуального дизайна, или аборты запретить. на худой конец пусть стену на канадской границе построит
